David, well written, love poem, longing for someone to feel and return your love. I love the line 'There isn't any danger - If there was, I would tell.'

David, though the second stanza seems a little weak in rhyme, the last stanza is wonderful. A touching piece. The last line is a great summation. Keep it coming. My Best, Joy

This appeals to me. I know those moments when the person you have been in love with for XYZ years suddenly, fleetingly, feels like a stranger. Love is the foundation indeed.... I like the way you put it. t x
