Success or strife,
You're allowed to digress

The story of life,
Is a tale hard to tell
Soft or hard
You're called to sound your bell

The life itself,
Seems to be a friend
Broken or unbroken
It crawls to you to befriend

Life to us is a god
Rosy, sweet or sour,
it has something to unleash
like a broken pipe

The story of life,
Is a work in progress
Walking, running or at rest,
You get something to tell

The story of life,
You get to live it well
For you live to see the end,
And leave the scenes to the coming
generations to tell.
