A moving write to be read by all generations. It's reality and you have portrayed it very well. But there are many times parents doesn't tell and keep these words inside and if they are lonely they feel much depressed. Old age is sensitive age.......Loved reading it Kavya. Beautiful poem with great message.

If the children could show the same amount of love, patience and concern as the parents have for them, the world would have been different....! You have beautifully depicted the feelings of a father who is hurt at the indifference of his son in his old age! Yes, old age is second childhood when parents need to be shown love and understanding by their children! Great message, Kavya!

A good poem that has got a message to be passed endlessly to every succeeding generation. May be, such themes have a better appreciable value here and you have successfully driven the idea home. Your notes need some changes, please note.
