In the hour of deepening twilight
At road beside by train stop
Biding my time waiting for a bus
I saw how busy many folks around.
One lassie looks busy walks in haste
With foul catwalk in a bitter mood
Jabbering to mobile blaming the sibling
For letting her walk all by herself.
Selling bread and buns
With a roaring symphony
Mocking to the maestro
Whisked away one baker's van.
At the bus stops a boy waiting
To take home his papa
Avoiding many welcoming offer
Given by many hidden pubs
To celebrate his papa's pay day.
Long leveling batten tighten to the luggage
Tools in gunny sack under the handle
With his assist on one bike
A nerd of horses but old mason
Rode in hurry before bookie closes.
In a shop dim lit at road beside
Hand in one Pocket a man fumbles
For a few coins more to get some rice
To make simple dinner
For his family waiting in the mud hut.
Old farmers long gone
All buffalos roamed away
Fields of paddy got ruined
Loitering over tarmac
Kith and kin of the plowmen.
