'Ashes to ashes and dust to dust' and 'Remember man thou art but dust and into dust thou shalt return'.You are only seventeen and you have entered the great debate! The speech 'All the world's a Stage--' in 'As You Like it' says it all. Celebrate life and continue with your poetic journeys through the fields of philosophy.10.

Yes, indeed. Well stated. Except maybe different interpretation to last two lines. One's life may be a solo vehicle in one sense, and will experience physical decay, yet while still alive, when given over to a new particular set of works and devotions, one becomes that which one thinks and does in that new time. And where one plants one's soul seed, a new 'life'being springs forth in that season of its transformation of self. Thus, her life may be her own to take that which she 'was' from her. Thank you for nice poem.
