The rain had spoken to me yesternight-
Falling on the tin roof of my courtyard
Bombarding shouting commanding
All over stampeding
But I didn't bother to pick up the words
Rather I was intent
To feel the coolness it brought in!

What a wonderful poem. A one of a kind and unique thought about the rain. Brilliantly penned. Five Stars! ! ! !
The rain had spoken to me yesternight- Falling on the tin roof of my courtyard Bombarding shouting commanding All over stampeding But I didn't bother to pick up the words Rather I was intent To feel the coolness it brought in! - - -A wonderful poem.- - You enjoy the rain, find beauty in its coolness.
Yes...it is nice to enjoy the beauty of rain, the sound of rain.....
Thank you very much Sunanda. I know you love my poems. Glad to find your feedback
Feel the rain not the noise that it brings A beautiful thought well depicted
Thanks a lot Seema. Glad you liked my piece. Now only I noticed!
Feel the rain Never mind its noise A beautiful thought well depicted
This is very interesting...who talks to the rain as it is pouring 'Bombarding shouting commanding' loudly...we all only 'feel the coolness it brings in'...typically a poem of your style...5*****
