O Slayer of demon Madhoo,
Even if they kill me still
I do not wish them to kill—
Even for the three worlds' worth,
Why, then for throne of mere Earth?||1.35 ||

And Arjun firmly decides not to fight with the rival army nor kill any— not even if some were to offer me the kingdom of three worlds, and not at all for that of mere earth. The transliteration of the verse follows:

etān na hantum ichćhāmi ghnatau api madhu-sūdana |
api trai-lokya-rājyasya hetoh kim nu mahī-kŗte|| 1.35 ||

etān: (all)these, them; hantum: to kill, to slay; na ichċhāmi: I wish not, I am not willing; ghnatah api: even if slain, wounded (by them): madhu-sūdana: O Lord Krishna; O Slayer of Madhu (a demon): api trailokya rājyasya: even kingship of the three worlds; hetoh: for the purpose of, for the sake of; kim nu: how/why indeed then? mahīkrite: for earthly lordship, for the sake of (mere)earth.
