Dear poet Rose, hello.... Here the death can be spiritual and not physical, or both, or neither of them, but the death of humanity inside ourselves can be most fearful. On the other hand we can see terrifying images such as in this poem in the news on the TV screen, but it is unfortunate that those tragedies are repeating on the daily bases and the entire world still silent, thank you for your lovely comments

I haven't seen this place with my own eyes yet I believe what you have written in your Poet's Notes. The movie Killing Fields is a dark movie depicting the cruelties of a leader. When I read this powerful poem, the movie reverberates in my mind.

A deeply poignant write. Darkness of humanity has been painted powerfully on the canvas of this well written poem. Very gripping that creates fear in the mind of readers. I have seen this in movies and I cannot imagine if there was really a place like this.

The wolf is loose. Hitler was known as the wolf and all his appalling support mechanism. Soran this was a tough read, I can't imagine what it was like to write from the id. Each verse easily says more than one thousand haunting harrowing words or images. You poem notes say it all. A full score and so deserved In life, justice, like time does eventually prevail, for look at Hitler's final outcome. Many thanks Soran and I wish you well sir.

Dear Valsa I am agree with your comments- they are full of logic expressions and great meanings such as: * The survivors are as good as the deceased. * This is a stark satire on the contemporary society and a startling picture of the disoriented generation.. Thanks for your generous comments..have a nice day

I am reminded of the famous line of Shakespeare.... ‘Something is rotten in the whole state of Denmark’. Yes, life here is rotten with no substantial values. People have lost all sense of direction and their priorities are shifted! This is a stark satire on the contemporary society and a startling picture of the disoriented generation. Top marks!

Our present day world has become a morgue where dead bodies are piled up one on another. The whole air reeks with the smell of rotting corpses. Covid is on its macabre dance of death. Besides, there are wars, rebellions and natural calamities which rob away thousands of lives on a daily basis! The survivors are as good as the deceased.... they lead a death in life existence!
