There's a calming peacefulness about this piece that takes the reader there, feels the tranquility wash over him/her. Much enjoyed Terry. Thankyou for posting.

solitude and contemplation much needed in a busy world of today...a perfect setting for it as vividly portrayed by you........................beautiful depiction of a serenity in a wasteland as opposed to the throbbing pulse of city life that gives only fatigue and anxiety............

(i guess i'm going to anyway) ............. And thus comforted souls Sings their songs in return ................Sing their songs... - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - i don't know if the scenes would have the same effect on me, but YOU have done a beautiful job writing of the landscape and its effect on you. - - - - - - - my favorite lines: And fog rolls in on chill, chill winds From a cold, cold treacherous sea. - - - - - - - - - - By desert solitude, to all that seek - ..............unfortunately, if too many seek companionship there, there will cease to be solitude. i'm glad you got to feel it before a Disney World was built there, or an air base. i'll send to MyPoemList. thanks for sharing. bri :)
