Starting with the (beautiful) line SILENCE IS A PART OF THE HEART, over the last 18 lines of your poem, everything you write about silence is positive (I especially like THE SILENCE CREATES DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES AND DIFFERENT STYLES - it is the poet in you that senses and celebrates the creativity of DIFFERENCES - Brava!) . But in the first part of your poem you explore the AMBIGUITY of silence, and reveal its trickster reality, never one thing, never consistently good or evil, constantly changing and startling us. Those insights enrich your poem. You're not afraid of contradictions. Is it because you see them everywhere in the world?
