One or two occasion, when my children were small and one of them locked me in bathroom from outside unknowingly.I was so desperate and knocked the door so loud.It took some minutes before someone heard and opened the door. Those few minutes looked like ages.
I read your sequel! Thanks to the seeds, they helped you to come out of your house.
Before reading the poem till end, I was experiencing the scenario of being trapped in a house without any outside communication--no phone, no internet, no friends or no passersby!
Seeing Loke's comment I too decided to have a try and I must say it is interesting and so gripping! ! Through out I was wondering what might have happened to your smart phone, computer and TV......! Though your fancy seems so weird, this is indeed a fun read.... You haven't mentioned how you finally escaped! The unexpected turn at the end is jolting..........! So what lesson did you learn from this.......? Be careful..... even walls have ears!

i can understand why there are no comments, TOO LONG! ! Being your friend, i read it to the end and found it quite pleasant reading. fantasies like this only come to certain people; usually after a heavy meal or too much booze. (or both) . in your case, it could be repetitive readings of jack and the beanstalk when you were young. i remembered that you talk to the moon; now seeds are listening? get help my friend! thanks bri for the fun
I was going to say too bad no one is around to tell the rest of the story, but I see that you have sequels, Will have to read them. This was fun.
