Yes, the shiny pebbles which were once sharp edged stones got worn and smoothed by the rolling and unrolling waves and being thrown back and forth by their merciless hands. Now they have become jewels....! Beautiful haiku, Rose Marie!

Such an amazing brevity, a haiku full of shintillating marbles, not just ordinary, but specialities, small glstening gems, but they are gems for sure. They are jewels of the sea, I just returned from up there, mine is called Normandy in French west coastal beach, WOW! I can humm all night at this haiku you so fascinatingly created. A brevity is not the easiest to write, You ought to have cropped your broad mind into the smallest and there in the end comes up a gem,

for " short and sweet" , this is a very nice poem. i prefer a poem with a little more 'meat' on the 'bones', but..........i'm kinda busy and limited on PC these days, so....i give you a few extra points for brevity. to MyPoemList bri :)
