i saw you are a friend' of noreen carden. so i thought i'd take a look. remind me not to push you! 8 limbs? i thought you would be a spider. i like it, though i might use my feet.........to run........if i could, before resorting to elbows et al. a very clear and well-written poem. or is there some hidden meaning as some put in their poems? i don't care for hidden meanings. thanks for sharing. bri :)

Hi Gary sadly there are always people who think fighting is the only way to be strong Im glad you are not one of them but as you say sometimes there is no way round it great poem with a sound message
