The Satan Bug Poem by Shaun Cronick

The Satan Bug

Rating: 5.0

Stolen from a laboratory in the dead of night,
Discovered it was missing at dawn's first light.
A weaponised germ taken by an unbalanced thug,
An apocalyptical bio-weapon called The Satan Bug.

Glass vials of hell on earth now in this madman's hands,
Killing thousands in Florida dead strewn across its lands.
But this was a lesser germ, but still so foolishly man-made,
For a true epoch The Satan Bug puts all others in the shade.

Later...
Battling against the villain our hero inevitably saves the day,
The madman dead and The Satan Bug safely secured away.
This is just a suspense movie, a scary one for all humankind,
Germ warfare research has stopped to give us peace of mind...
