Thanks dear Kostas for liking the poem. Your short poems are no less lovely.
A wonderful poem sir! I liked these two lines most: " Yet, salt today comes iodised/Reputation, if only advertised" ....Beautifully composed...........................10
Thank you Dr Swain for the good words, but most reputations are nothing but two-minutes's fame.
in title, is " li" Chinese, a PH typo, or WHAT? ? OK, now to read the poem. repute: " the opinion generally held of someone or something; the state of being generally regarded in a particular way" i am used to " reputation" . mine ain't all good! Sugar for me! It's what makes me sweet. There's salt in my wounds if no sugar to eat. :)
About Li, you're right Bri, it looks like Chinese character. And such things happen when you depend too much on computer software. I don't know if you've noticed. In PH's logic, if you have uploaded say twelve poems, after number 1 will follow 10,11,12, and then 3,4, etc.
To continue, 'repute', and 'sugar' and all but there's no word about the poem. So, I presume it has not passed 'Bri' muster.
