Thank you dear Mahtab. We can see the sales girl walk from door to door in the hope of selling a piece for nominal profit for maintaining themselves and their dependents. Their mentality to help anfd support their family members is beyond doubt a kinfd and sacrificial one.

Thank you very much dear RMJ. It is only the hope that fuel such girls to overcome the darkness in life. Its a great thing on their side to have a mind to support their dependents too

A thought provoking write! I can imagine the environment where from the girl has been brought up. You have brilliantly unfolded the untold miseries at the rear of this sales girl. Brilliantly composed sir........Top score.

Thank you Dr. Dillip. People like us should at least peep into such life that the poor girls lead for too meagre an income just for the sake of their family members who have reared them dearly suffering hardships more than the girls suffer.

A very moving poem with so much sympathy for the poor vegetable vendor who has such heavy responsibility on her shoulder to discharge with her meagre earning.

It may be due to something that went wrong with the PH site that the earlier comments do not appear. However this is a second attempt. Yes, dear poetess, I have seem many a sales girl go from house to house with heavy bags full of articles for sale. They cove long long distances with the heavy loads only for finding a solace to their hardships of life, may be for earning a livelihood and support of their dependents. Thank you
