The Rover Poem by Rini Shibu

The Rover

Rating: 5.0

Rover oh wanderer
Looking for you day and night
searching for you all these days
Found you on streets curled in pain
Broken hearted, you lost everything
Nothing you gained
wandering here and there
soaked in whisky and beer
Pushing poison into your veins
Here I am to take all your burden
Come to me, lean on me
let's drive into the depth of love

Hi Rini, Love cures all ill... And it is love we can extend to others.... Let your words - Found you on streets curled in pain Broken hearted, you lost everything Nothing you gained wandering here and there soaked in whisky and beer Pushing poison into your veins open the eyes of all those who spoil their lives immersing in intoxication. Let us hope they come out of this stupor. Good Write.

A sad poem to begin with but then you shine a little hope at the end with Love and compassion.
