The river flows
tears are its waters
the laments we offer
to our dead
a child has died
a star has fallen
from the sky
Father!
Why have you foresaken us?
Ο ποταμός κυλά
δάκρυα τα νερά του
οι θρήνοι που αφιερώνουμε
στους νεκρούς μας
ένα παιδί πέθανε
έπεσε ένα άστρο
από τον ουρανό
Πατέρα!
Γιατί μας εγκατέλειψες;
