The positive approach and tendency to move on in spite of desperation is great. Congrats on the poem of the Day.

Ann, this is one of the most optimistic poems about despair that I've ever read. It's top notch writing. The imagery is so vivid. It's like a lucid dream. I can easily see why it was chosen as Poem Of The Day. Congratulations! Should you have the time and inclination, I invite you to read some of my poetry. Thank you for the wonderful write.

Like a nightmare involving a terrible accident, the narrative has suspense, despair and hope. ....it was no less a skyfall! But a heavenly power held me in his arms And I landed safely over the mound, Mound of dead remains of hopes and dreams
