The Ripples Poem by Kenneth Maswabi

The Ripples

Rating: 3.5

In the stillness of the moonlight
There are no ripples
To hide the serenity of the night
In the calmness of the sea
There are no ripples
To disturb the peaceful face of existence
In the realm of the spirit
Stillness is cultivated
To remove all ripples
And undress the voice of Silence
It's the ripples that hide the Truth
It's the ripples that obliterate the peace
It's the ripples that erases the harmony
It's the ripples that closes the door
Take some time away from the ripples of life
Let your body, mind and soul
Submerge in the stillness of the spirit
It's then that you will know the taste of silence
