The Righteous Man Poem by Savanna Ridgway

The Righteous Man

Rating: 5.0

When I was little,
only four years old,
my mother died,
creating my destiny.

Now I have one task,
protect my baby brother,
from any harm that may come,
for he is my world.

I feel so alone.

But I'm the righteous man,
and I am not alone,
I've got heaven on my side.

I'm the righteous man,
and Castiel
has pulled me out of hell, again.

Maybe when I was younger,
this wouldn't have been so hard.
The Mark wouldn't have torn,
destroyed, and obliterated my dreams.

Now I have one task,
kill everything.
And somewhere along the way,
I lost Sammy.

But I'm the righteous man,
and I am not alone,
I've got heaven on my side.

I'm the righteous man,
and Castiel
has pulled me out of hell, again.

But I'm the righteous man,
and I am not alone,
I've got heaven on my side.

I'm the righteous man,
and Castiel
has pulled me out of hell, again.
