I can see so clearly the picture you have painted here.....today I got my first ever tattoo....I had it designed... It says in fancy font...POET....MAESTRO OF WORDS with a quill writing the script at the end...so your line about people running with burning skin really hit me because my skin burnt so bad during the process and is still very tender...this is an excellent poem....thank you David

Destruction of the wild must be tackled. The poem is a nice attempt. Hope we will have some nature left. Thank you.

poetry depends on your mood and grip, when you wish to elaborate you write descriptive and expressive, when you try to sum up you write haiku...both are meaningful! ! !
