'Water of rain' - this is a double usage which you may trim. Rain is water only. The poem is nice. I also like rains very much. 'Work like the life blood of the seedlings just sown' - Just sown - you should re-think. Rain gives life to many seeds sown over a time. A seed may sprout only after a long time under a favourable condition. We can see it from a figurative angle also.
