The Rabbit Poem by Jordan Aston

The Rabbit

The key hole of a silvery gray
And a rabbit not far away
I realised as I grabbed my key
This was the place that my family gave me

As I entered into this strange domain
I heard something whispering my name
I looked around trying to make a choice
I decided to follow the voice

It led me down the path that the rabbit went
I didn't know what this meant
I cried out asking who was there
But there was a silence I couldn't bear

So I kept on going until I found
The rabbit sitting on the ground
It was calling me and I heard a yelp
So I decided I would help
