I was drawn in by the wonderful title. You provide a great reminder of the virtues of ants, working so hard, and overcoming obstacles far greater than they are. We can all learn from a purple ant.

This poem has a musical 'ding dong bell' effect! Yes, ants are so hard working and we can learn many valuable lessons from them! Enjoyed this sweetly rhyming poem!

This poem gave me a break from the reading of the usual submissions. The poetic devices applied have worked magically and in terms of quality writing with a pedagogic flavour you have done a marvellous job here madam Mahakul. Here is a 10 awarded for you...

Love the title and loved the whole poem. In Nature's creation these little ants have so much to teach us.

i like how you managed to get teach/each both at the ends of lines. nice rhyming throughout. your poem has a kind of singsong feel to it which i enjoyed. i may not understand all of it, like the thumb part, but i like it. thanks for sharing. bri :)
