Oh my, some famous names here...Rose and Crown, King's Head! My favorite on this side of the pond was on Cape Cod, the Daniel Webster Inn in Sandwich, Massachusetts. Daniel was a Boston boy who liked to summer on the Cape. See a fun one titled Whaler's homecoming! Or a serious one, called Auction at Quissett Harbor House. Daniel's also famous for regularly eating pounds of oysters at the Union Oyster House in Boston's North End. I bellied up to the same bar myself to watch the oysters being shucked and plated.
