MEGGIE, YOU ARE GOOD! YOU EXPRESS YOURSELF SO EASILY, IT SEEMS, AND WELL. HAVE YOU READ SEEMA CHOWDHURY'S POEMS? GOOD THINKER AND GOOD WRITER TO THE MAX. EMBRACES PEOPLE, THE WORLD AND NATURE. JUST AS YOU DO, SHE HAS A POSITIVE SLANT ON THINGS. THANK YOU. MY BEST, CAROL
Meggie, we have learned from the best... and I can only hope that what I learned from my mother will be passed down to my children. With her love she has shown me so much about the world and all its beauty, to be the best person I can be, and to love and serve my God. I love your poems about your mother, I believe our mothers were so similar that we ARE kapatid :) Mas maganda, kapatid... Liwan
A delightful read Meggie, and all beautifully expressed. A wonderful tribute to your Mother. Blessings. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
How lucky you were, Meggie, to have a mother with such warmth and heart as you have described in this special poem. A woman who devoted her life to her family and to the Lord. She helped shape you into the amazing woman that you are. She would be so proud of this dedication to her. A '10! ' Warm Wishes, Marilyn

Hey, hey hey, Meggie, way to go! Blessings, Theo Left you a message over at Starlite under your last poem or one of them!
Thanks for this Meggie, I enjoyed reading it, hope you have a Happy Christmas and all good wishes for 2009 Lynda xx
I was very moved by this Meggie as some of your passages reminded me of my own dear late mother. We can pick our friends but certainly not our parents and so many children are unlucky with what they get... luckily mine were not too bad.
