The poem has many feelings inside it, of sorrow, happiness, solitude, glory. You also nicely detail the moment like it was a short movie in poetry that capture essence of story, emotions, reality and every little bit of them in a bowl for us to taste while reading it..to me it is wonderfup poem...It just dont think about past young time, but be forever young everytime to enjoy every moment you have now. No one is growing old but bodies not souls. love it

A person who has lost his soul which was his land, disturbs a lot. but as a whole the two different souls from two different places have had the same experiences; one might have lost something through the culture and the other through the hands of peace speaking war mongers...i would not know the scenes might have been very different., , At last love blooms in the hearts of two and it is a good feeling for readers like me..Thank you for sharing your thought Hazel
