It's great to read poetry about a topic that the poet has an intense interest in. It is reflected in the passionate writing that conveys such intimate familiarity. While the style of this poem doesn't follow an 'older' style of writing, it still has the feel of an older poem...because of the subject I would guess. Well done and thanks for sharing.
