Sincereity always pays rich dividend, but one has to wait for it. For any success, three things are required. Sincere efforts, Time, and Divine Grace. Step (1) One has to till the soil deep, sow the seed, water it and watch it Step (2) Then its own time it takes for growing as a tree. Step (3) With God's grace the tree grows well and gives its fruits. This can be applied to any work we take for achieving success at the end.
