i know this feeling! ! ! ! i go to sleep and couldn't sleep, cause all sorts of things come to my mind... and all of a sudden get up from bed and start writing some things.... just kidding! ! true i mean in that sense it does help me to sleep.. when i get my burden outa mind after writing some thing.. or else in some sore, tired state... it reading refreshing poems always help.. nice indeed my dear enchanting Lady Grace! ! ! with love shan

Lady Grace: This is a very good discriptive poem of the poet mind. Sleep does come hard as we grow older, however I usually do better work during the night and early morning hours. A very good poem. I would love you to comment on any of my work, wheather it be good or bad. Thanks your friend lynn
