The Perils Of Fatalistic Poetry Poem by Shaun Cronick

The Perils Of Fatalistic Poetry

Rating: 4.5

We started reading your poetry,
Then our heads began to throb.
So we offer this friendly advice,
Please don't give up your day job.

It's just too bad to contemplate,
Just reads like a bad car-crash.
One of us jumped out the window,
While another her wrists did slash.

For if you cruelly continue writing,
There will be countless thousands dead.
So for the sake of all unaware humanity,
Your fatalistic poetry must not be read.
