As we walk our merry way
On this bright and sunlight day
Through the garden and survey all around
The plants, Trees even the gravely ground
See the seats around the trees
A respite for weary legs like these
Because as we enjoy the serene splendour on show
And follow the footpath where it may go
Flowers of every shape and hue
Grow wildly where they may ensue
To provide a picturesque sight to enjoy
To keep your attention, that is the ploy
As the Pathway wends its merry way
Where it leads to who can say
Until we have been there, we will never know
What is around the corner out on show?
Therefore, we will continue to look and wonder why
At what God gave to us free, as we pass by
Just remember that all pathways lead
To where you want to go, a gift indeed
