If you can quench one burning pain, “You shall not live in vain.” when all your troubles have dried quiet in the setting of the sun, and all the joys pour from your heart as tho' your life's begun.................wonderful to read..thank you

the essence of life well brought out in a poetic conversation...i thought in stead of 'self-dependence' in the forst stanza 'self-deception' might fit in better...what do say, doc?

What a insightful amazing piece of poetry. 'If you calm one frenzied mine, if you can free one enslaved body or a penalized soul, if you can quench one burning pain you shall not live in vain'. I congratulate you on this masterpiece in your journey of discovery. 10/10 Karin Anderson

Kamranbhai, Our hearts beat together...like many other kindred souls, at PH and elsewhere. Your poem has brought out the deep anguish of innocent people's paradise being snatched away by heartless mortals...who, God willing (Insha-Allah) must revert to their true, humane selves...before its too late. As many have said before, and continue to say - including you - many wars and fruitless skirmishes have only reinforced hate and destruction.... I pray that your messages melt the hearts of these blinded men...and enlighten them.. Thanks Kamranbhai.....write on, write on, write on.. Cheers. Subroto

'The little poor soul, Looked at me with a mild-benign hope, But I was shocked; Because of the malignant fear. The king of the Atlantic Would kill me; If I would tell this child, What happened to the Toy of Innocence. A child of age, Merely four; Can make the king and his oceans, A cemetery of king’s dead-soul'... Your poem goes eloquent in style in these lines...a profound write, Kamran...soul searching...10
