The Northern Sail Poem by Pamela Storch

The Northern Sail

On the Swedish waterways,

A Northern ship at sea,

With rolling clouds eternal,

Clear blue oceans roaming free,

The daylight lasts forever,

In the summers, long and true,

The boating scenes are endless,

Ocean's vastness crystal blue,

A Northern ship will sail the sea,

It matters not the place,

For Sweden, Norway, Finland,

They all offer love's embrace,

It does not matter where it starts,

What port's the final call,

But only that we're sailing free,

And that we went at all,

For follow now your Northern star,

Your lighthouse leads the way,

And set your ship to sail the seas,

The oceans call today,

Set your sailboat on the seas,

Calls forth the Northern pier,

The Swedish blue oasis,

Northern oceans crystal clear.
