it is an electric gun that fires electricity to temporarily immobilize the target. it is a sad story that just happened recently in vancouver airport, a polish newcomer to Canada who couldn't speak english, was tasered by the RCMP.

I cannot speak, and will not, to the issue. I will address the poem. The repetition is always a key part of any poem. This one is used well. I drives home the meaning and communicates it well. I can recommend this one. GW62
