The New Normal.
The new normal is
Not the life after covid
But the realization
That after forty two
I have to take medicine and do
Variety of tests
To keep life up.
It's not that
I will become healthier one day
Full of life and vigour...
But will struggle successfully
If I carry on
Me with myself.
