I love the poem. I know that every poems some connotative and denotative words and this one is not exactly in the dictionary meaning. So, I'm just curious, who or what is the thing/group/person described here because this poem is eye catching and it caught my attention.

Sand piles through history are built and washed away. Though there is always a new one being buit. - JUST LIFE
