These verses reveal much empathy and emotion and likewise in our heart when we read them... Thank you Angelina for sharing this poem God be with you always
This poem has struck a chord with me. In a society where some people are famous for just being famous, having no talent at all and others who work as volunteers within their community with very little recognition and no money from the government. When politicians are claiming all the money they can get. Sorry I have started ranting. Nice poem.10/10.
This is a deeply touching, poignant poem, Angelina, and one that is very well expressed from beginning to end. Society is always in a hurry to get somewhere, whether it is to work or back to home, and most folks rarely notice those people who make our society actually function as it does. Whether it be a telephone lineman, a street sweeper, a local cobbler or barber, the policeman or the mailman, they all go about their duties with hardly a glance of recognition form most of us. As your beautiful write points out, they could all appreciate a hearty thank you for the work they do which benefits us all so greatly. Carl.
I like Premji's comment...be it mine too... because that is the practical truth...most of them are not loyal...may be their insuuficiency the cause...they need morals and ethics in their blood in high level...thought provoking poem
What saddens me, is the amount of profit the rest of the world are making from paying scraps in having these designer labels made....I thinks its terrible....you're poem reflects so much....its a great piece my friend
