The Mother Of The Madness Poem by Phil J Hambling

The Mother Of The Madness

Somehow I couldn't find
The twisted visions hiding
In the elbow of my mind
The mother of the madness
Alive and denied
Alone in the shadows
Stripped of her pride
Built of insecurities
Washed up on the tide
Fragments of lost moments
That my dreams cannot hide
