The Mind's Wardrobe Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

The Mind's Wardrobe

The Mind's Wardrobes

Here in this mind wardrobes,
are the loudest scream,
the supreme leader,
the soldier,
half host, half interpreter
this heart's language,

Making sense
of this mad rumpus,
mad impulse,
Loud ripples
Storms brewing of some
unknown,

Sunlight onclear days,
Straight night'sdamage,
The destiny of his failing stars,

Whatever hidden wardrobe
would dressed himas
as an original man
for his lady love,

Just as she is taking off
her clothes to meet him half way,

The man, his pride,
his big credentials,

Going down to
the nature'sbasics,

torn pages of
the mixedscriptures,
the bubbling silts
of this mineral volcano,

The chemical compositions
of this rife organism,
off grid and in his own native language,

Words, summations,
conundrums, cross words puzzles,
oratories and soliloquy,

Hear them from the days of dystopia,
Listen deep in the darkened thrushes
It'sunclear signals,

Beautiful lawn,
the wind grace's bowing,
to the canticle,
the reclusive yearning,

These mighty ocean's roar,
and the current composition,
The unending romancing
of the mind's storage,

For his lady bug's pleasure,
a night to remember,
dislodged as wardrobes
this only portrayal,
