This is a poem which shows the scenario relating to the scope of crime in this country quite succinctly. Though, these are chilling facts but it all goes on as before with more indifference or apathy on the part of public. Thanks for sharing it, Sir. Victims are hard hit undeservingly. Offenders are bold alarmingly. No empathy from the state or people.
