The Man Who Let The Universe Out Of Himself Poem by Raj Dronamraju

The Man Who Let The Universe Out Of Himself

Every time he moves you, it's unintentional
A by-product of spilling his thought in a public forum
The stars gone spinning, nothing to hold them in place
Nothing to restrict them to a certain order or space

When one opens up, he lets go of voluntary imprisonment
A restraint created by the psychology of surroundings
The ocean of potential conversants assails the newly single paramour
The end of this fatal attraction to self-defeating silence

Eloquence shifts natural disaster lecturing
The landslide of remembrances and the wisdom they toppled
To have others know him suddenly and with great force

Too huge to be contained, the fleet of words marches, runs, tumbles over themselves
Cassiopeian generosity for newfound voice will not be denied
Shaking, intimidating, this muffler's torn loose

And with that, she knew
And with that, she experienced everything he experienced
And with that, she tasted time through his analyzing tongue
