The Man Outside. Poem by SY Wong ...

The Man Outside.

Can you see the man outside?
A living stick, no one notices.
Has he any mischief?
Some say he's lazy?
Depending on some new kid.
Some say he's too cunning.
Some say he's trying to be funny.
Some say he's pretending.

An outcast like him,
some say just get rid.
Others say he deserves it.

Maybe life is a great weight.
Who would welcome him?
But Christ sees him.
