Dear May! Here is the best a poet can pay. Now be moderate, no heat strokes for the clay, not a burning day, your pleasant winds in the night, cloudy weather and the dim sunlight, that's what the humans, birds and animals need, for a lover there is one more greed, a fine mild rain in the noon, during night a starry sky and the moon.

Mother nature brings on May and you paint it as it is wonderfully with your words..everything flourishes so well and you capture it as you feel it in your heart...regards

It sings of Mother Nature so beautifully. Images and metaphors all sweet and tender like month of May. I feels me Wordworthian. I remember his poem 'A Night In June'.I love it, ma'am.

This poem has made me a bit confused: being a power-failure, & load-shedding sufferer, i can't enjoy May; secondly, being the student (teacher) of literature, i can see the beauty of poetry, so many beautiful phrases and lines have come to this fine result... My Favorite lines: My sky is aflame in colours splendid and bright And I have spun the web of a dream, delicate and sweet Here I stand so dazed and distraught Festering and panting for some coherent utterance!
