The Love Of My Life Poem by Minerva Agriam

The Love Of My Life

I am in love! Yes, so in love!
Finally I am falling in love!
It seemed I can't get him out of my mind!
Would you mind giving me peace of mind?

Ah! How wonderful it would be,
If you could only see, my heart throbbing for you only?
But you are so indifferent, snobbing me yo death!
Oh, beautiful death when is your own pretty death?

Deign with this little heart to live by,
I wondered if I could love all that you love.
You are so great, I'm so little!
But true love can't be size up through its size.

Yes, in love all are equal, so they say;
But I'm really nervous if I can make it?
It seems my own love overwhelms my littleness;
Let alone my weaknesses and incapabilities.

But I'm really in love!
Now I'm not afraid to tell the world about this love.
A Love that is free, not attached to anything.
For its the love for my Lord God Almighty.

Beautiful poem, written with such an intimacy and rightfully so because he brings us comfort, is easy to forgive and looks past all our transgressions. I can see from your poem he is your number one love :)
