The Love Letter Comments

I like this poem, Lora. It tells the reader who you really are, written with your heart on your sleeve. A loving relationship is what the vast majority of us aspire to. I think the reassurance of knowing that we are loved and valued is an inherent need in all of us. This poem tells me that you have boundless love to offer and it hurts you that you have no-one to share this special quality with.

Well pardon me if I disagree Lora, Message sent is message received even if it is in a diary that is never seen by anyone but you in your imagination. Though we all seek messages of reassurance that someone gets it, values our love, and is intact standing by our side, vanity, all is vanity. If you do not wish to see that you are loved, or try to mount loves head upon the wall like a trophy, you can truly live in disappointment. And of course it is true that a trophy hanging on a wall is devoid of life. Always wishing you the best of everything!
