This poem is a lovely evocation of the spring season, both for its beauty and for its memories. You use of colors is remarkable - I especially like the purple - it makes spring not only a riot of growing things but also an explosion of colors after the dullness of winter. You wrote of your appreciation of my spring poem and now I can express my appreciation of yours. We may live thousands of miles apart but poetry and spring create a unity in our two minds.
