Rating: 5.0

The lost angel of solitude and tears
Witnesses people's inner most fears.
He listens to their fractured, silent screams.
And he perceives their shattered hopes and dreams.

Thanks Shaun...much appreciated! I'm continuing to work on my 'Wings of Desire' article. Hopefully, it will be completed by Christmas.

Dominic, sadly these days the lost angel of solitude seems more and more in demand. A more than fine poem that reads more than fine and inspired from that great 80's movie. A poem Wim Wenders would I believe enjoy reading. Five stars and thank you for writing and sharing your inspired poem. Take care and I wish you well.
