I'm sorry to say, but you will never find your true self my friend. It isn't possible. Because everytime you think you've found yourself, something happens that tells you that, that is not who you are. Although, I do know the stress of having to keep your family on track...I have to do it everyday even though I have both of my parents. I still like the poem...It's beautiful. 16 is a little too young to find yourself. Don't start your search yet. It would be fruitless. Wait till you get to college. Then begin there. Spend your time now gathering information by close observation of others. Let their mistakes teach you. Be wise, not foolish. GW62
